Can green printing certification break the "monopoly" situation

since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement on the implementation of green printing by the General Administration of publication and the Ministry of environmental protection on September 14, 2010, China has significantly accelerated the pace of promoting green printing. By march2011, the green printing standard had been formally implemented, and then the green printing certification was launched in primary and secondary school textbooks and book printing enterprises

up to now, about 300 printing enterprises in China have passed the green printing certification. There are more than 30 printing enterprises in Beijing, accounting for about 10%, and the number of certification ranks first in China. This is also due to the good leading role played by the vigorous development of the green printing project in Beijing, which has invested tens of millions to promote the green printing project, effectively improving the implementation process of green printing in Beijing

although green printing has been carried out for two years, and the certification has been carried out in an orderly manner, there are also many constraints, which make it difficult for green printing certification. For printing enterprises, only after passing the green printing certification can they obtain the qualification to engage in book printing. The quality of parts and components is 30% lighter than that of steel. The book printing market is hot for the printing industry, so everyone wants to get a piece of it. In order to enter this market, many printing enterprises all over the country want to do green printing certification, which leads to problems. That is, at present, only Zhonghuan and Guohuan are doing green printing certification. In the face of the reasons why so many enterprises need certification to form such a scene, it is simply impossible to do so. However, in order to make the green certification market stable, orderly, fair and just, the state does not allow new institutions to enter. As a result, many enterprises can not complete the certification of green printing, and then can not get the qualification, which affects the better operation and development of enterprises

is a dominant company? Or open up? How can green printing certification be more reasonable? At present, this embarrassing situation seriously restricts the continuous development of future work

the government has also paid attention to this monopoly situation. Because the green printing capacitive displacement sensor brush certification is not only passed, enterprises also need to review every year. Therefore, the certification process is quite tedious. Only two open certification bodies can not complete the certification work in time, and the certification speed is also quite slow. Not only that, but also the fees for consultation, certification and annual inspection are not small expenses. They are all investment costs for enterprises. Therefore, in the face of this monopoly situation, printing enterprises will also complain. Can we open up, really break the monopoly, reduce costs and better serve the enterprise? In fact, we all have some objections to green printing certification, such as cumbersome process, slow speed, high cost, or the direction of certification

if we want to really achieve non monopoly, we need to start from many aspects. First, the government needs to formulate relevant policies to ensure that the green printing certification can be carried out well after the opening; Secondly, the certification body should actively cooperate, respond to policies, and truly achieve fairness and justice; Finally, enterprises should fundamentally understand the concept of green printing certification and the significance of green printing certification

breaking this monopoly situation is not a problem that can be solved overnight. There is a long way to go in the United States, Europe and Asia. We need to make great efforts on the road of certification, constantly explore and adjust strategies to fundamentally improve the plight of green printing certification
